Kinesiology is the scientific study of human or non-human body movement. Kinesiology addresses physiological, biomechanical, and psychological dynamic principles and mechanisms of movement.

Manual muscle testing as stress indicator

Stress leads to variations in muscular tonicity, i.e. disruptions of the energy flow in the body. Muscle testing allows the identification of these energetic disturbances, and of the perceptions and emotions that relate to them. Muscle testing can also provide feedback on the brain hemispheres and gives a biological feedback that involves both hemispheres. The strength of the test (the muscular tonus) signals the negative, or positive, emotional burden of the person tested at the time, and is an indicator of the forceful electrical energy from positive or negative emotion or stress that surrounds the person at that moment. It is a means to speed up the process of conscious awakening. It also permits to direct access to the patient’s physical memory of feelings and beliefs that remain difficult to reach consciously. It is a path to the body’s memory, a privileged path into the unconsciousness.

3 Pillars

Three in One

This technique deals with blockages (emotional, mental and physical) and their history. It aims at (re)experiencing the stress that causes a blockage, without going through the situation again, and to feel it & dentify it in order to evacuate it and thus improve our ability to evolve. Free from that stress we gain more freedom to make new choices, and to increase our performance in any specific domain, professional, personal, sportive, relational towards our self and others.

The aim of this technique is to provide the client with tools and indicators that lead to more consciousness in the (re)quest of one’s Self. These tools are a mix of the muscle testing method, communication techniques that emphasise the power of the Verb, the behavioural barometer and its three levels: conscious (mental), subconscious (emotional) and body (physical).

Touch For Health

This method improves communication skills, stress management and increases physical vitality. It aims at balancing variations in muscular tonicity. It aims at energetic equilibrium and uses oriental and occidental techniques. It provides a better understanding of the body’s reactions, uncovers the circumstances that bring the organism into disequilibrium (stress, posture, emotions, nutrition, visual or audition issues, etc.). The method restores physical, mental and emotional balance.

Brain Gym – Apprentissage Pleine Forme®

This method targets learning and adaption issue in any learning mechanism (cognitive, personal, emotional, etc.). The muscular test is used as a reflexive, non-verbal communication tool in order to evaluate what is happening while learning. As soon as the central nervous system is formed connections are made between physical movements and all the cerebral functions implicated in the process of learning and the sensorial-motor system.

This method offers the opportunity to succeed in any learning process and thus increases self-confidence, creativity, and the extend of our full potential with joy and pleasure instead of control and force. Joy and pleasure are the necessary components of any sustainable learning process.

Archaic reflexes and rhythmic balancing movements

Rhythmic balancing movements correspond to the sliding movements of the fetus in the amniotic liquid. These first movements of the fetus sensed in utero are passive movements, i.e. movements given to the fetus by the mother, and they relate to the first neuronal connections of the fetus. The amniotic liquid acts as a buffer on the relation between the mother and the fetus, even though the mother doesn’t necessarily perceive any relation to the fetus during the first months of the pregnancy.

The processes of neuronal connections and myelination of nervous cells are triggered by these internal movements (cellular differentiation) and external movements (the movements of the amniotic liquid through the activity of the mother), as well as by both types of movements (the archaic reflexes). The correct development of these movements will impact first the motor evolution of the new being, and second his cerebral development, amongst others the connections with the different part of the brain and the more general interactions between the brain, body and organs.

The four Toltec agreements:

Be impeccable with your word;

Don’t take anything personally;

Don’t make assumptions;

Always do your best.

The three stages of evolution

Recognize the information felt physically, remain open minded to that information, even though your mind tends to discredit it.

Accept your limits. This requires either to decrease the ego, or to abandon your guilt or your feeling of being a victim.

Transcend the event to move forward is an automatic process once the feelings and emotions have been truly recognized and accepted, unconditionally, wholeheartedly, without falling into the “yes, but..”.

This means that, out of the recognition of the blockage, and its unconditional acceptation, more just behaviours emerge from unconsciousness.
